LuxTrust Mobile enables users to carry out sensitive online operations directly from their smartphone, eliminating the need for hard devices like classic Tokens or Scans.

What does LuxTrust Mobile do?

• Securely access partner websites such as banks and e-government portals
• Confirm and validate online financial transactions
• Electronically sign documents
• Perform various operations on guichet.lu

How to activate LuxTrust Mobile?

• If you are already a LuxTrust customer and have a Token or Scan, simply install the app and follow the indicated steps.
• If you are not a LuxTrust client and want to use the app, order your LuxTrust electronic identity on www.luxtrust.lu.

How to use LuxTrust Mobile?

LuxTrust has three main modes:

1. App2App: Once set up in your banking app, LuxTrust Mobile can automatically exchange information with it, eliminating the need to enter a one-time password (OTP). Simply confirm or cancel the operation. Please check with your bank for instructions on enabling this feature.
2. Scan the QR code: When connecting to a website using a desktop or tablet, select LuxTrust Mobile instead of the Token. After entering your User ID and Password, scan the QR code displayed. The app decrypts the image and generates the OTP you need to enter on the website.
3. Receive a Push Notification: When accessing partner websites from a desktop, tablet, or smartphone, you can receive a push notification asking you to confirm or cancel specific operations. You can also find pending transactions under "Pending transactions".

Other features

You can activate LuxTrust Mobile on a second device, such as a tablet, and enable TouchID or FaceID for convenience.
